Just in time for the holidays, a truffle based sauce that everyone can enjoy (even for our customers who aren't truffle fans, YET). To take black truffles and make them worthy of the batch, we started with celery root, added in a decadent amount of fresh grated black truffle, layered in sweet shallot, and the outcome? One hell of a special sauce.
Unique to our other sauces, The Root Of All Truffle lives her best life served warm. She shines as the star of a cheese & charcuterie board along side Garlic Confit and The Heat. Tossed generously with pasta, laid on top of any roasted root vegetable (sautéed carrots, in particular), it makes a beautiful and luxurious white pizza sauce, or mixed into perfect golden mashed potatoes...
