A hazy walk through the sun drenched souk of Aleppo. It's time for a dining experience; the sweet, the savory, the robust, the spice. This is the Batchworthy Muhamarra, and we've gone to great lengths to ensure it's worthy of the batch.
Inspired by the exquisitely nutty, sweet, earthy flavor profile of Muhamarra dip originally found in Syrian cooking, we relentlessly pursued a version of our own. We found the perfect balance of flavor by adding in roasted beets, bestowing us with a show stopping hot pink hue. We present this limited run sauce during peak beet season, with the impossibly light whipped texture for which we are known.
Toss in with Israeli couscous or pasta, top your savory toast, drizzle over lamb skewers, serve on seafood, or just dip your favorite warm pita. However you choose to eat it, we can assure you an unforgettable experience.
